When used in clean rooms, products made from high-quality clean paper (dust-free paper) that is less likely to generate dust are used. Unlike regular paper, this product is made from long fibers, which prevents fiber shedding and the generation of paper dust even when the paper is rubbed or torn. Additionally, it has the heat resistance characteristic of pulp fibers, allowing for heat treatment for a short period.
